## Pricing questions

### Do prices include VAT?

No. VAT (23%) is added on the invoice.

### Can I pay in instalments?

For services over €500 we can agree on staged payments. Talk to us.

### Are there extra costs?

Official fees (registries, notaries, INPI) are not included and are confirmed before we start.

### Do the packages include accounting?

No. You choose an accounting plan separately, once the company starts invoicing — and you can switch plans at any time.

### Can I change my accounting plan?

Yes. If your business grows or slows down, switch plans and the new price applies from the following month.

### Is there a minimum term?

Accounting plans have a 12-month minimum term, as is usual in Portugal. Formation packages are a one-off payment.

### What if there is a mistake in the accounting?

Our certified accountant has professional liability insurance, which is mandatory in Portugal. If a mistake in the accounting service causes your company a loss, the insurance covers it, under the terms of the policy.
