2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the meu.net website and all services provided by MeuNet. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
3. Description of Services
MeuNet is an online platform where clients order business support services in Portugal: company formation, accounting and tax, legal packages, branding and marketing. Services are performed by qualified partner providers. Certified accounting services are provided by B&G Dreams, Lda (NIF 514616202), under the responsibility of the certified accountant Luís Miguel de Oliveira Bastos (OCC licence no. 84948), who issues the corresponding invoices. MeuNet is not a law firm or a financial institution.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices shown on the website are indicative base values ("from X €") and do not constitute a binding offer. Final price is confirmed in individual proposal. All prices are in euros. VAT (23%) may apply. Official government fees are not included unless explicitly stated. Payment terms: as specified in the individual service agreement.
5. Execution Deadlines
Indicated deadlines are estimates. MeuNet is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, banks, or third parties. MeuNet commits to processing all requests within stated timeframes on our side.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
- Before service begins: full refund - After service initiation: proportional calculation - After delivery: no refund The client must request cancellation in writing (email).
7. Liability
MeuNet is not liable for: - Decisions by government authorities - Refusal of company registration for reasons beyond MeuNet's control - Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client - Force majeure
8. Client Obligations
The client undertakes to: - Provide accurate and truthful information - Respond to information requests in a timely manner - Comply with applicable Portuguese law
9. Intellectual Property
All content on meu.net (texts, design, logo, code) is the property of MeuNet. Clients retain ownership of their own company documents and deliverables (logos, websites) after full payment.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Applicable law: Portuguese law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Lisbon. For consumer disputes: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa.
12. Changes
MeuNet reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
